Sai Barcode Label Pvt. Ltd. has its own manufacturing unit, which is well equipped with all production jobs. We have a team of quality conscious professionals who keep a constant vigil on the entire production process .Our generator Backup system ensure that there are never any disruptions in our work schedule.

Production

Our labels are produced in line with globally acknowledged quality standards. Barcode Labels & Product Labels. Barcode Label requirements fall under various categories. We are fully equipped to meet varying demands, such as new paper, shape, core size, suitable thermal ribbons etc.

Facilities

To improve the quality of our products, we offer a wide range of facilities: 

• Slitting:- separate siltting machine of 12’’ & 20’’ decal-jumbo rolls are slit with these machine to the
• required widths.
• Testing: - Labels stock is checked through production tests that include grammage of paper, tensile strength and adhesive power.
• Quality Control:-standards quality checks are performed to ensure adhesivity to color/printing matter/size/packing etc.
